Karibu! Welcome Natalie Brenner who is ETI’s new consultant bookkeeper, having taken over for Lori Duzan who oversaw all bookkeeping for ETI since its inception in 2010. Many thanks to Lori for establishing a sound system and to Natalie for a near seamless transition. We look forward to working with you.
A few bits about Natalie.
Natalie has enjoyed 13+ years in the nonprofit sector, working for international and national organizations. With a passion for the administrative side of nonprofit management, her scope has included international and domestic financial management, development, conference & event planning, communications & marketing and strategic planning. From managing audits and designing multi-year budgets and cash flow forecasts to running fundraising campaigns and planning international conferences to organizing the ‘mundane’ (exciting!) internal work, Natalie has a fondness for the administrative side of things. Her approach sets the foundation for carrying out the internal work of the nonprofit successfully and integrating it into the culture and and mission work which is its driving purpose. Her approach frees the board and executive staff and leaves as many resources as possible for core program work.
Natalie lives in North St. Paul, MN with her husband Francisco. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outside hiking or working in the yard or at the farm with her horses.
I’m grateful to be working with this impact and value-driven organization. Thank you for the warm welcome!
